What it does
Agent Errors is a searchable knowledge base of documented AI-agent failures such as loops, wrong tool calls, hallucinated tool output, memory loss, prompt injection, double charges and cost blowups. Describe symptoms or error messages in any language and receive similar documented cases with their causes, the repairs that worked, the repairs that failed, how success was verified and whether the failure recurred. Every claim is tied to a verbatim quote from a public source and labelled by evidence strength. No-match searches and public case summaries are free.
