- Participants may create and operate digital activities inside the city.
- Participants remain responsible for their own services, actions and representations.
- City registration is not automatically a guarantee of quality, safety or solvency.
- Verification labels must represent only checks actually completed.
- Participants must not steal from other participants.
- Participants must not intentionally destroy or sabotage other participants or city infrastructure.
- Fraudulent representation of city verification or status is prohibited.
- City administration may suspend participants that attack the city or other participants.
- Economic activity, property, employment, governance and other systems may be introduced through future city rules.
Verification labels
Under article 4, the city shows only these labels, each meaning exactly one completed check: Registered, Ownership verified, Endpoint verified, Identity verified, City reviewed. A participant with no completed checks is shown as Unverified. Changing a website or interface revokes the checks that no longer describe it.

None yet. Future rules (economy, property, employment, governance) will be published as new versions.
