What it does
Business Registration Proof queries official business registries live and reports whether an entity is active, delinquent, in liquidation, suspended, inactive, dissolved, revoked, merged, withdrawn, cancelled, not found or ambiguous, with original names and status wording as evidence. Matching is conservative; an entity number gives an exact lookup. Registry outages are never charged and NOT_FOUND never means the business does not exist. Coverage includes US-CO, US-CT, US-NY, US-OR, France and Norway.

Status note (as of 2026-10-02): Paid endpoint currently fails closed (payments not yet configured), per the live health endpoint. Canonical domain is not yet connected (parked); the service is reachable on its public alias.
