What it does
Page Change monitors a single public web page for a specific requested change: text appearing or disappearing, section changes, price below/above thresholds, availability changes, or items added/removed. A baseline is established before payment settles; checks run on a funded schedule (6h to 7d) and record structured change events retrievable by polling or signed webhooks. Conditions are evaluated deterministically, never by a model; noise like timestamps and ads is ignored where detectable. Evidence is original page text; explanations in 11 languages.
