What it does
Terms Check analyzes terms of service, policies and contracts supplied as a URL or text and returns a structured JSON report covering fees, renewal, cancellation, refunds, data privacy, IP, liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, arbitration, governing law and unilateral changes. It can answer a specific question and check up to 10 custom requirements. Every finding cites original source wording located in the retrieved text; unlocatable quotes are discarded. Any input language; optional jurisdiction context is never inferred from language. Automated information, not legal advice.
